When you submit the Start a Project form, we receive the contact and business information you enter, including your name, business name, email, phone number, current website, business type, approximate team size, current tools, and the problems or project ideas you describe.
We use inquiry information to review your needs, respond to you, evaluate whether a project is a sensible fit, prepare for conversations, and manage a potential or active client relationship. We do not treat a form submission as permission to sell your information.
Project inquiries are saved to Pebble Creek Media’s private operating-system queue so they remain visible for follow-up. The website and operating system use hosting and infrastructure providers that process data as needed to run the service.
When payment features are used, Stripe processes payment information on its secure pages. Pebble Creek Media receives the payment status and transaction details needed for billing records, but does not receive your full card number.
We keep business records for as long as they remain useful for responding, project management, support, security, accounting, or other legitimate business needs. You may contact us through this website to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.
