About Pebble Creek Media

Built from the operator’s side of the problem.

Pebble Creek Media grew from a simple frustration: the available software did not match the way a real service business actually operated.

Where it began

A real need inside Pebble Creek Mowing.

Leads came from different places. Estimates lived in messages. Scheduling became complicated. Employees needed a simple mobile experience. Customer, job, billing, and equipment information all needed to move together.

We tried the available tools, but each one solved only part of the problem—and still expected us to change the business to fit the software. We decided to break that pattern.

Instead of forcing Pebble Creek into someone else’s system, we built our own. We created a custom operating system around the way the business actually worked, then kept improving it as the company and its needs grew.

That decision became the philosophy behind Pebble Creek Media: learn the operation deeply, put the right information in front of the right person, and build only what earns its place.

Meet the founder

An operator who started building the tools he wished he had.

Trevor Jenkins is the founder of Pebble Creek Media and the owner behind Pebble Creek Mowing—now Pebble Creek Landscaping & Lawn.

He did not set out to create another software company. He was trying to run a service business without letting estimate requests, customer details, scheduling decisions, employee needs, and follow-up disappear into separate apps and message threads.

Trevor is also, by his own admission, chronically bad at keeping up with text messages and remembering to text people back. When customer requests lived in his personal inbox, it was too easy for a conversation to get buried. The system needed to keep every lead and next step visible until it was actually handled.

What began as a practical internal solution grew into a connected operating system: the public website brings in requests, management can see what needs attention, employees get focused field workflows, and customers receive a cleaner branded experience.

Pebble Creek Media grew from that work. The goal is to give other small-business owners a system shaped around how they actually make money, serve customers, and manage the day—not a generic platform they have to reorganize their company around.

Operator first

The work came before the pitch.

  1. 01
    The problems were real.

The system started with actual leads, jobs, customers, employees, equipment, and bills—not a hypothetical software checklist.

  2. 02
    The workflows were used.

Each part had to make sense in the office, in the field, and on a phone while the business kept moving.

  3. 03
    The idea became repeatable.

Not as one standard product, but as a process for learning another company and building around what matters there.

Our mission

To equip small businesses with custom digital systems that simplify their work, strengthen their customer experience, and create room to grow.

How we think

Technology should make the business easier to understand.

01

Visibility over memory

Important work should remain visible until it is handled—not depend on someone remembering it.

02

Fit over feature count

The best system is not the one with the most features. It is the one that matches the work.

03

Relationship over tickets

Clients work with people who understand the system and the business behind it.

04

Practical over flashy

Good technology quietly reduces friction. It does not need to become the center of attention.

Carefully
custom.

The kind of company we are building

A long-term digital operations partner for small business.

We intentionally work closely with each client. That means learning the company, supporting what we build, and growing carefully enough to preserve the quality of the relationship.

As the business changes, the system can change with it—through thoughtful, scoped improvements that continue to serve the operation.
