Built from the operator’s side

Born inside a real service business—Pebble Creek Landscaping & Lawn.

Pebble Creek Media began by building the website and operating system that help run the lawn and property-care company.

The usual problem

“We’re paying for five different tools, and the important stuff still lives in my head.”

Generic software asks you to change your operation to fit its boxes. Texts hold estimates. Leads disappear. Employees hunt for details. The owner becomes the connection between everything.

We take the opposite approach.

The connected advantage

Your website shouldn’t stop working when someone clicks Submit.

When we build your website and operating system together, the public experience and the work behind it can become one continuous, branded flow.

01Website

A customer requests an estimate.

02Operations

The request enters the right queue.

03Employee

The crew sees the job and next step.

04Customer

Approvals stay clear and on-brand.

05Payment

The completed workflow closes the loop.

One company. One website. One system. One flow.Combined projects receive package pricing based on scope.

What custom really means

Your software should speak your language.

Not ours. Not a giant platform’s. Yours.

What a system could include
01

We learn the operation

How you get leads, quote work, schedule people, perform jobs, manage quality, and get paid.

02

We build only what serves it

If a feature has no purpose for your company, it does not need to be there.

03

We show each person what they need

Employees get a clear field experience without unnecessary access to pricing, payroll, or management information.

04

We keep sophisticated work simple

The goal is not more software. It is fewer things to remember, fewer gaps, and an obvious next step.

The Pebble Creek origin

This started inside a real service business.

Pebble Creek Media grew out of building a custom operating system for Pebble Creek Landscaping & Lawn when generic software did not match how the company actually worked.

The result became far more than a website or CRM: lead handling, estimates, scheduling, employee workflows, equipment, billing, and management visibility working together.

How the work happens

Understand first. Build second.

A close working process designed to turn the reality of your operation into something clear and usable.

A practical fit

This may be worth a conversation if…

You do not need to know which software features you want. These operational symptoms are enough to start.

Talk through your workflow
01

Leads arrive through several places and some never receive a clear next step.

02

The owner is the human connection between customers, employees, scheduling, and billing.

03

Your team needs a simpler way to see and complete the work without accessing everything.

04

Your website looks separate from the estimates, approvals, payments, and service experience behind it.

Good questions

Start with the straightforward answers.

If you are wondering whether this fits your business, these are the places most owners begin.

What is a custom business operating system?

It is a private, branded system that organizes the parts of your business that need to work together—such as leads, customers, estimates, jobs, employees, scheduling, billing, and management review. The exact parts depend on your company.

Is this just a CRM?

No. Customer and lead management can be part of it, but an operating system can connect the full path from first contact through field work, review, invoicing, and follow-up.

Can I hire you for only a website?

Absolutely. We build standalone custom websites, generally in the $500–$1,500 range depending on complexity. The operating system is a separate option.

How much does a custom system cost?

Pricing is based on scope because every system is different. A proposal may include an initial build, ongoing hosting and support, and any separately agreed future development.
